Holy Cow.
What was I thinking?
I agreed to make 500 cupcakes for a wedding. Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate peanut butter, Applesauce, and Chocolate cream cheese.
It took all day Friday and most of Saturday morning and then I was able to sneak out the door before it all started.
Whew.
